Colon cleansing is a process where you are able to rid yourself of tumor or cancer causing inflammations, bacterium and toxins and can be done through taking cleansing pills, detox programmes or other special medications. Although these are all good, it is also important to be able to cleanse our inner organs with simple things such as the every day food we eat. Let us investigate the types of food that will enable us to cleanse our inner organs without relying on the use of pills and other medications. Honey: Honey has strong snit-bacterial properties that allow our immune system to strengthen and black out harmful substances.

In many countries, honey is used more medical purposes. Garlic: Aids healthy metabolism and clears up inside the blood vessels. It is also known for its stress relieving effects and for its cancer prevention. Ginger: Enables the toxins inside the body to be let off outside of the body. As well as killing the bacteria, it strengthens the body’s auto immune system at the same time. Green tea: Prevents the accumulation of fat and also has strong anti-oxidants in it, having a powerful anti-aging effect. There are of course many others, but these will definitely help.
